Guiding Principals

September 1, 2011
  1. Guiding Principals
  2. Clarity and Simplicity Winning communication starts with simplicity, clarity and relevance, things we and our clients value and appreciate. Things that can be absorbed at an emotional level are much more likely to be understood, supported and followed.
  3. Alignment _ Shared values, common beliefs and people who are aligned around them produce extraordinary results. Everyone must always think and act with the best interest of our clients leading our advice and decisions._
  4. People First People who are respected, challenged, valued and trusted perform at a higher level. We know our clients are not “companies” – they are people with personal and organizational needs and we work to satisfy them.
  5. Adaptability Change is constant and life is often unpredictable. We anticipate, innovate and evolve as the needs of our customers and markets change. This flexibility helps us deliver unique and valued results.
  6. Risk Takers We have the courage to take risks for the benefit of our clients and our own growth and success. We use analytics and our intuition to make sound and confident decisions.

THE EPIC LIFE

While we are seriously committed to delivering service excellence and anticipating and exceeding the needs of our clients, we try not to take ourselves too seriously. We think work can and should be fun. Friendly, caring and collaborative people generally perform at a higher level — and enjoy life in the process.

Our EPIC team members are independent thinkers and productive team players. Those are things we think our clients, business partners, and employees value as part of EPIC’s Edge.

But don’t take our word for it. Take a closer look at our organization or ask an EPIC team member… and see for yourself.

    Announcing EPIC 2.0

    November 22, 2011 0 Comments

We are pleased and excited to share the launch of our new corporate website, logo and colors. Our former brand served us well since our start in 2007, but EPIC has grown quickly beyond the vision and scope of our initial image. Our website in particular did not keep pace with our rapid growth and development and needs of the marketplace. What was needed was a clear, strong impression of the interesting, successful, unique, effective, and fun organization we’ve built together over the past 4 years. So it was time for a makeover! Acquisitions push EPIC’s growth to new heights.
