We can also assist with empowering your employees and administrators. We demonstrate our expertise and leverage our position properly to warrant consideration as your Benefits broker by having an in-house Business Systems Consultant with extensive experience in the arena of online services, including Oracle 11i, various online enrollment engines and payroll services.
Additionally, services from A.D.A.M., Inc. through E.P.I.C. are provided free-of-charge when E.P.I.C. is named your benefits broker.
These services include:
- Access to the Client Community (a comprehensive online HR resource) for all administrators
- Completion of a Benergy Employee Communicator site for employee access to all benefit and company information.
- Building and maintenance of your Benergy site will be our responsibility.
- Introduction of Real Value Statements, if desired, to provide a full-compensation picture to your employees.
