EPIC opens San Francisco office.
San Francisco, Calif. (August 11, 2008) – In an expansion of its California operations, EPIC (Edgewood Partners Insurance Center), a retail property, casualty and employee benefits insurance brokerage, recently opened an office in San Francisco.
EPIC was launched in 2007 by former president and CEO of ABD Insurance, Dan Francis and John Hahn, former president of BISYS Commercial Insurance Services Inc. They have opened seven strategically placed offices in both Northern and Southern California in the last year. Francis and Hahn are currently responsible for managing the San Francisco-based operation.

The San Francisco office, located at 123 Mission St. currently houses 24 employees and will eventually accommodate up to 50 people.
