In addition to some of the broadest coverage forms and policy terms available, the HMSA / Chubb program provides a number of unique features that can further drive down insurance costs for qualifying HMSA members.     Since this is a group insurance program endorsed by HMSA solely for their members, you are able to join with and leverage the collective purchasing power of all participating HMSA members. Like you, other HMSA members are serious, responsible collectors and racers, so you know that those whose premium and losses go into the group are likely to produce better than average results. Because the risk is being spread across this larger base of quality participants, the rates and prices of the program are more competitive than one can achieve on an individual basis.

    And unlike many other association or affinity group endorsed insurance programs, the HMSA program is an “open” group. Rather than being “exclusive” to a single agent or broker, the HMSA program can be accessed on your behalf by any Chubb-appointed agent (including EPIC, who is a preferred HMSA partner). Though we would welcome becoming your broker, you don’t have to change your existing insurance representative (assuming they are Chubb-appointed) in order to participate in and gain the advantages of the HMSA group.

    Collectors Title Insurance

    In today’s marketplace, the need for title insurance is becoming more and more important. EPIC is currently working on a cost effective insurance product to protect you against defective title exposures. For example, if you have paid $2M for chassis number 001 and ultimately find that your car is not chassis 001, or you have bought a car that was purportedly stolen 30 years ago, title insurance is your best answer for financial security and protection. We expect to have this product available in early 2012.
